Starting Monday, February 23rd, a neat, furnished room of 10 m2 will be available at Korenbloemstraat 30. The room is ready to move into and offers a great base in a central location.

Who are we looking for?
Whether you are a student or already working: everyone is welcome! We are looking for a reliable housemate (m/f) who enjoys living in a house with three other female students.

What do you get?

The room: 10 m2, including flooring and curtains/furnishing.

Shared facilities: You will share the bathroom and a nice garden.

Kitchen: Equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave.

Extras: There is a washing machine available for shared use (no dishwasher).

Temporary living room: Currently, there is a communal living room available. Please note: this space is planned to be converted into an extra bedroom in the future, but until then, you can enjoy this extra living space as a bonus!

Financial details:

Basic rent: 472 euros per month.

Service charges: 100 euros per month (fixed amount covering gas, water, electricity, internet, and municipal taxes).

Total rent: 572 euros per month (all-in).
