Female student wanted – multiple rooms available in the heart of Tilburg!

Are you an (exchange) student studying in Tilburg or the surrounding area and looking for a nice room in a prime location? Then we have the perfect place for you!

As of July 1st or August 1st, we have multiple rooms available in our cozy student building on Heuvelstraat, right in the center of Tilburg. The building consists of 16 rooms and offers a pleasant living environment for female students. Some rooms are furnished, others are unfurnished — so there is something for everyone.

What can you expect? - Rental prices between €560 and €750 per month (including gas, water, and electricity, excluding furniture)

- Minimum rental period: 1 year (longer rental period possible in consultation)

- Cozy and spacious communal living room for dining together or relaxing
- Recently renovated kitchen with kitchen island and modern appliances, incl. dishwasher
- Modern bathroom with double sink
- A total of 4 showers and 4 toilets available
- Washing machine and dryer available
- Spacious terrace, outdoor space, and bicycle storage
