About the place

I am subletting my furnished room in a student house from 22/12/2025 to 28/02/2026. It is also possible to start the rental from 01/01/2026.

The location is excellent: 5 minutes to the city center, 1 minute to Albert Heijn XL and Aldi, 12 minutes to Tilburg University campus, and 8 minutes to Tilburg Central Station.

You will be living with 4 other international students, who are quiet, tidy, and respectful. The room is furnished, as shown in the pictures. All basic utilities and shared amenities (water, electricity, heating, washing machine) are included in the rent. Wi-Fi is arranged separately and costs €7 per month (someone else arranges it, you just have to pay them).
