Room for Rent – Great Location in Tilburg (Near Central Station)

We are offering a nice room in a cozy student house located on Fabrieksstraat in Tilburg. The house is in a quiet area and only a 2-minute walk from Tilburg Central Station, making it a perfect location for students. The city center and supermarket are only 5 minutes away on foot, and the university and university of applied sciences are about 10 minutes by bike.

You will be living in a friendly student house with 6 other students, all studying at a university or college.

On the ground floor, 2 housemates live with their own kitchen and bathroom.

On the 1st and 2nd floors, 4 housemates share a kitchen and bathroom.

The available rooms are located on the 2nd floor.

The house also has a washing machine and good Wi-Fi. A small monthly contribution is asked for the use of these facilities.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy student who would like to join our house.
