About the place

A room will soon become available in my student house, on Daniel Josephus, Tilburg, from May 1.  Rent price: €510 including furniture/gas/water/electricity/internet/washing machine. The contract is for 1 year (with an option of extension indefinitely).  
The house is located on Daniel Josephus Jittestraat, just above Westermarkt shopping complex. Supermarkets like AH, Jumbo are located within few hundred meters from house. There is a Bus stop behind the house and Tilburg University and Tilburg University Train station are 5-minute bike ride from the house. The house also has a big parking lot to park your bikes. you can reach the city center in 12 minutes by bike. 
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 
The room is dedicated only to students with valid proof of registration at University or HBO, that are at least 18 years old when signing.  Registration at the address is of course possible.
