About the place

Are you looking for a new home and do you prefer a quieter place with a bit more space? Don’t you mind sharing the facilities with just 1 person (me)? Or are you looking for something where you’re not completely alone, but without the fuss that comes with a dorm? Then this might be the thing for you!

From August I’m looking for a new, female, roommate to share my house (120 m2) with. You’ll have your own bedroom and the living room (25m2), kitchen, bathroom, toilet and attic will be shared. There’s a garden with a shed, and 3 cats to keep us company.

There’s plenty of parking options, there’s bus stops at 5 min walking distance and the city center is a 5 min bike ride. There’s a grocery store at 5 min walking distance and even more options within a 5-10 min bike range. The university is about 20 min by bike.

Technical details:
- Rent: €700,-. This includes utilities, television and internet.
- Desposit: 1,5x rent
- Rental allowance not possible
- Furnished
- Small pets can be discussed (no dogs/cats/birds)
