About the place

In the southern wing of a former monastery complex, two spacious apartments of approximately 55 m² are being created. This wing is currently under development and is planned to be completed around August 2026. The finishing of each apartment (such as flooring, wall finish and basic decoration) can be discussed and tailored in consultation with the tenant, depending on the expected rental period and mutual agreements.

Each apartment is designed as an independent unit with its own private entrance from the corridor. It will include a separate bathroom and toilet, a simple but functional kitchen, and a comfortable combined living and sleeping area. Thanks to the original monastery layout and the previous office use, the rooms are practical and largely rectangular, making them easy to furnish efficiently.

The apartments benefit from large windows with roller shutters and finished ceilings. On one side you overlook a private inner courtyard (no public access, plenty of privacy), and on the other side the parking area and a future lawn. The setting opposite a riding school and near a cadet camp creates a calm, semi‑rural atmosphere while still offering good access to the city.

Warm water and internet are included in the rent; heating/gas costs are excluded and will be charged separately. The location is approximately 10 minutes by bicycle from Breda central station.

Registration and stay duration:
These apartments are offered as short‑term accommodation only; the maximum continuous stay per contract is 6 months. Rotation of the main contract holder within this period is possible, provided this is agreed in advance with the landlord and remains within the applicable regulations.
