The first €30 of electricity costs for using the air conditioning are on us. Compared to many studios in the area (which often cost around €1,300 per month excluding utilities), this is an excellent value — with your own sink and cooling on hot days included.

The House
The house has recently been modernized and made more energy-efficient. Both the walls and the roof have been insulated to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption. A heat pump will also be installed soon, making the property even more sustainable.
