Soest is pleasantly and centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. The train station is within short distance, and the A1 and A28 highways can be reached within minutes. The Soester Duinen nature reserve is accessible by bicycle.

In this neat, shared property of approximately 140 m², we offer two nearly self-contained, comfortable studios. Both studios are equipped with a private kitchenette. This beautiful property provides all modern living facilities and features multiple floors, plenty of natural light, and a pleasant layout.

Studio 1: approx. 18 m² – indicative rent €850 – €900
Studio 2: approx. 22 m² – indicative rent €900 – €950

(Studio 1 and Studio 2 share one bathroom and toilet, but each has its own private kitchenette.)

The studios are rented semi-furnished. Shared areas, such as the kitchens and living spaces, are fully furnished. The common areas are cleaned professionally once per month.

The surrounding area offers a variety of shops, sports clubs, and restaurants within walking and cycling distance. Schools, supermarkets, and public transport facilities are also nearby.
