The common areas in the house are shared with 3 other people. A washing machine and dishwasher are available. 
There's also a Terrace and a garden. 
Bikes can be placed in the garage. 
There is an internet cable connection to the room.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

In the pictures the room is furnished but only the desk is still a part of the room. Can be removed if not wanted.
Also if needed we can help with moving self purchased furniture if it's not to far from Sittard.
