The room has laminate flooring, sink and broadband internet. Kitchen, bathroom, toilet, washing machine and garden are shared. 

Both public transport (bus/train) and market square of Sittard are nearby and reachable within minutes. Many institutions for higher education are very close (Hogeschool Zuyd, Fontys, Universities in Maastricht and Eindhoven etc.) The Brightland Chemelot Campus is also nearby, and has a direct bus service.
Rental price €450,- per month (which includes €50,- advance payment for utilities, internet etc). 
The room is only rented to (prospective) students, interns (as part of higher education) or similar.
