About the place

Hello,  

I'm Wout, 25 years of age.  I work for four days a week in an elementary school in Sittard. 

After my secondary school I was in the US for one year, so I enjoy international company.  

I and my half Dutch half Italian housemate are looking to share my house with one sympathetic housemate.  

On the first floor there are three separate sleeping rooms and one shared bathroom. Downstairs there is a large living room, an open fully equipped kicken with dishwasher, a second toilet and a spacious garden with a back entrance for bikes. 

The house is within walking distance from the center, close to a supermarket and ten minutes biking from the Sittard trainstation.
