About the place

Equestrum's studios are perfect for current students. They are comfortable, feel like a real home and offer everything you need. The studios are furnished with a mix of a luxurious appearance and great comfort. There is room for both privacy and conviviality. Other students will also stay in the other studios. The studios include a general recreation room with a kitchen, a seating area and a TV where you can sit alone or with others. Perfect for both relaxation and sociality.

Equestrum also has a very favorable location on the Ommedijk of Schipluiden, surrounded by both nature and civilization. Within cycling distance there is a supermarket, several gyms, several sports complexes, Chardon stables, beautiful nature, walking and cycling paths, entertainment options and terraces, various village and city centers (Delft, Den Hoorn, Schipluiden), Delft station, a bus station within walking distance and several universities and schools.

There are a total of 5 studios available, which means that your neighbors consist of other nice students. The price only includes € 925,- per month (including service and cleaning costs). The rooms vary in size from 13 to 16 m2. Each studio has its own private bathroom with a toilet, shower and sink. The space also contains everything else needed to live there comfortably: a bed, a workplace including a desk and storage space.
