I am looking for a flatmate, starting May 15th (date flexible). Ideally a young professional around their 30s, but I’m open-minded

The rent is 1950€/month total, so 975€/month each. The utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet) are currently 108€/month. The room is unfurnished.

A little bit about myself: I am Raphaël, a French 33-year-old engineer working in Delft. I am a nice, calm person, who enjoys outdoors (climbing/bouldering, running, cycling, hiking). I love discussing with people, have nice dinner, but also respect each other’s need for me-time. I like to maintain a flat nice, clean & tidy so it feels home. I also enjoy reading, boardgames, and videogames.

About the flat: the apartment is a lovely place in the South of Schiedam. It’s in a nice, quiet, green street. The flat feels homely, calm, and bright, with windows giving on both directions of the building. It is over 2 floors (2nd & 3rd floor), with entrance on the ground floor. The 2nd floor is composed of a nice & bright open-kitchen/living-room space, a toilet, and a box room. The 3rd floor is composed of 2 large bedrooms, an office/guest room, a box room, and a bathroom. The available bedroom has a balcony.

In terms of accessibility:

-        5 min walk from the old city centre.

-        10 min walk to tram stop for lines 1, 11

-        7 min bike ride to Schiedam Centrum (20-25 min walk)

-        Closest Albert Heijn is 5 min walk

-        25 min bike ride to Rotterdam Centraal
