Hi, I’m moving out of my current apartment and looking for a woman aged 20–35 to sublet my room. It’s quite big, with a very spacious built-in closet.
The apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom (with a washing machine), toilet, and three bedrooms (no living room). You will be living with two female flatmates. One (28) is doing her PhD, and the other one (24) finishing her master’s.
About the location:
* 4 minutes by bike to Schiedam Centrum station
* Direct train connections to Rotterdam, Delft, The Hague, and Leiden
* 25 minutes bike to Rotterdam Central
* 5 minutes walking to tram lines 1 and 11 (Rotterdam)
* 10 minutes walking to Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, and other shops (passage Schiedam)
