About the place

Are you a serious student or PhD candidate looking for a nice, quiet place to live with friendly housemates? Then this room might be just what you’re looking for!

The room is approximately 20 m² and has its own washbasin, spacious built-in wardrobe and a large window. The room is rented unfurnished but with flooring and window coverings. The furnished photos are for illustration purposes and are from the previous tenant.

The house

You will live with two housemates, who have a close-knit and peaceful household. They are currently fourth-year Civil Engineering and Electrical Engineering students at TU Delft.

In addition to your own room, the house has:

* the two rooms of your housemates;
* a cosy shared living room with TV, where you can also eat together;
* a kitchen;
* a toilet;
* the bathroom, located two floors up;
* two balconies.

The total house is approximately 80 m².

The atmosphere in the house is pleasant and relaxed. The housemates make arrangements with each other about things such as cooking and eating together, but there are no obligations. You therefore get the best of both worlds: a friendly household while still having plenty of space for your own life and studies.

Fully equipped

The rent includes gas, water and electricity. The house also comes with:

* refrigerator with freezer compartment;
* dishwasher;
* washing machine;
* internet.

Registration at the address is possible.

Ideal location

The house is located in a quiet area with a bus stop right in front of the house. It is just one bus stop to Schiedam Centrum train station, from where you can easily travel onwards.

This makes it an ideal base for studying or pursuing a PhD in Delft, Rotterdam or The Hague.
