We are offering a cozy room in Schiedam, available for a male tenant. The room is part of a shared house where the kitchen, shower, and toilet are shared with other male residents. Smoking is not allowed, either in the room or in the communal areas.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, and WiFi, so there are no additional bills to worry about. Please note that registration with the municipality is not possible.

The first payment will require the rent for the current month, the rent for the following month, and a security deposit to be paid.
