About the place

Dear future roommate,

Hereby I would like to present you with the oppurtunity to come live in the beautiful Schagerbrug.
The bedroom in question is a room of 2,90m by 2,70m.
The appartment is located on the 3rd floor which provides an excellent view over the village and its surroundings.
The rest of the appartment is fully furnished including tv, mashing machine, dryer, cooking utensils.
The only things you will need are a bed and a closet.
The appartment is newly build, energylabel A++, wired internet to the living room and both bedrooms, heated floors, balcony facing East.
You'll have 1 roommate which is me!
But I am away a lot for work en most nights I sleep at my grilfriend's place.
So I usually spend less than 50% of my days/nights in Schagerbrug.
