Available from August 21, 2026, a 6-minute walk from the NS train station, close to the Schagen market yet quietly situated without through traffic.
The house can accommodate 4 people aged approximately 21 to 29. Living space will become available here on August 21. Your space consists of a room of approximately 11 m² on the 1st floor. 
The room has straight walls. There is a good laminate floor in the room, but otherwise you can furnish it yourself. The room costs € 575 all-in, so including energy, waste disposal, sewage, fiber optic internet, water, etc.

There is both a front and a back garden and a separate shed/bicycle storage. You share the eat-in kitchen of approx. 20 m², the bathroom, and the toilet. For the 4 residents, there are, among other things, 2 large fridge-freezers in the kitchen. There is a dryer and a washing machine in the attic.

 You will be sharing the house with 1 man and 2 women. They are 20-26 years old. It is not a party house, but a place where you can unwind after your workday or study for your exams.

 The market, with all the terraces, is a few minutes' walk away. Several supermarkets are nearby. Parking is not a problem. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We are looking for a male or female aged 21-29 who fits this description.
