Living space will become available here as of mid-June. Your space consists of a room in the attic measuring 3.81 x 3.33/0.52 m plus a room on the 1st floor. This measures 2.04 x 2.96 m. Together, almost 19 m². This gives you the opportunity to have a separate work/study room, or a separate bedroom [because a 2-meter-long bed fits in both rooms]. You can furnish the rooms yourself, but good quality laminate flooring is present. The room costs € 595 all-in, so including energy, waste disposal, sewage, fiber optic internet, water, etc.

There is both a front and a back garden, as well as a separate shed/bicycle storage.

You share the eat-in kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilet. There are 2 large fridge-freezers in the kitchen for the 4 residents. There is a dryer and a washing machine in the attic. You will be sharing the house with 2 men and 1 woman. They are 21-30 years old.
It is not a party house, but a place where you can unwind after your workday or study for your exams. The market, with all its terraces, is a few minutes' walk away. Several supermarkets are nearby.
