The house accommodates 4 residents, typically aged between 21 and 29.
Living space will become available here at the end of April. Your private area consists of a ground-floor room measuring 3.60 x 3.70 m, and a room on the first floor measuring 2.04 x 2.38 m. Together, these total over 16 m². This arrangement offers you the opportunity to have a separate home office/study room or a dedicated bedroom (as a 2-meter-long bed fits comfortably in either room). Both rooms feature straight walls. You are free to furnish the rooms yourself, though a high-quality laminate floor is already installed.

The property features both a front and a back garden, as well as a separate shed/bicycle storage unit.
You will share the eat-in kitchen, the bathroom, and the toilet facilities. The kitchen is equipped with two large fridge-freezer units for the four residents. A washing machine and dryer are available in the attic. You will be sharing the house with two men and one woman, aged between 21 and 30.
This is not a "party house," but rather a place where you can unwind after a workday or focus on studying for your exams. The market, with all its terraces, is just a few minutes' walk away. Several supermarkets are located nearby. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. We are looking for a male or female aged 21–29 who would be a good fit.
