Large garden for relaxation, garage and extra storage space, free parking. The house values peace, mutual respect, cleanliness, order and a warm, homely atmosphere. The landlady occasionally stays on the upper floor, helping to maintain the homely and comfortable environment. The house is strictly for non-smokers only.
