Single bedroom available in a newly renovated ground-floor apartment, starting October 1st. The bed can convert into a double if needed, and a desk is available if you'd like one, happy to arrange the room layout however works best for you. Registration is possible.

The apartment:

 • 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a separate toilet
 • Open-plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances and kitchen tools (a coffee machine is on its way, for now, 2 mokas will do the job!)
 • Separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a utility sink, and even a robot vacuum to help keep things tidy
 • Spacious garden, currently unfurnished, but a barbecue, garden table, and chairs are on the way
 • Large shed at the back of the garden for extra storage

€800 + utilities
Duration: Short-term preferred, but open to longer stays too
