About the place

Looking for a nice place of your own in Rotterdam? We are renting out three rooms in a characteristic upstairs apartment on Zaagmolenstraat. You will live in the lively Oude Noorden, with shops and cafes nearby and the city centre within cycling distance. You share the house with two others.

Three different rooms are available:

1. Front room
On the first floor, a spacious 32 m² front room on the street side, with large windows and an open view towards the side street. Two rooms have been joined, so there is plenty of space for a bed, a desk and your own seating area. Great if you like a bit more room for yourself.
Rent: 650 euro excl. + 100 euro utilities

2. Back room
On the first floor, a lovely quiet 16 m² room at the back of the house, with a wide window. Easy to furnish with a bed, wardrobe and a place to study or work from home.
Rent: 475 euro excl. + 100 euro utilities

3. Attic room
On the second floor, an attractive 16.5 m² attic room under the sloping roof. The stated area is the part from 1.50 m height; the lower parts give extra space for your things.
Rent: 480 euro excl. + 100 euro utilities

Together you share the kitchen with oven, gas hob and fridge, a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a separate toilet and a small balcony. The former living room has been added to the large front room, so there is no separate shared living room.

The house is rented out privately, so no agency fees.

1. The rent starts on 1 November. Another start date is unfortunately not possible.
2. You can come and view on Friday 30 October between 14:00 and 16:00. This is the only viewing moment. We give priority to people who have come to view.
3. The rental contract contains a campus clause: the room is intended for students. If you stop studying or graduate, the room becomes available for another student. So please only respond if you are a student.
