Hi there! Due to a last-minute cancellation, I am urgently looking for a new housemate for our lovely home, which features two floors and a rooftop terrace.

I live here together with my son (25), our dog, and two cats. We are looking for someone social, who enjoys having a chat or sharing a meal every now and then. At the same time, we value our peace and quiet; respecting each other's privacy and finding a good balance between socializing and personal downtime is essential to us.
