About the place

Very spacious student room in an incredibly cozy student house – perfect for students in their early 20s who want comfortable living with lots of atmosphere, space, and great housemates.

You’ll be living in a charming, fully equipped home with everything you need: a large and welcoming kitchen where you can easily cook, hang out, or have dinner together, a spacious living room with dining area, a beautiful large bathroom, separate toilet, and a shared storage attic. The absolute highlight is the huge rooftop terrace – perfect for sunny days, drinks, dinners, or just relaxing with your housemates.

The house includes all essential amenities, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and professional cleaning of the shared spaces every two weeks. The house itself is furnished, while your room comes upholstered, giving you the freedom to style and furnish it exactly how you like.

You’ll currently be sharing the house with 4 friendly students, creating a fun and social atmosphere without obligations. The location is excellent: shopping street  and other conveniences nearby, while the city center is only about a 15-minute bike ride away.

This is a campus contract, so rental is exclusively for students.

Please note: rental is only possible with a guarantor declaration from a working guarantor (for example, a parent) with a permanent employment contract.
