About the place

A 9 m² room will become available from April 1 in a fully furnished and spacious apartment with a garden.
The apartment is located on a quiet street in Oude Noorden, with cafés, restaurants, shops, and the Saturday market on the square just around the corner. The city center is only a 15-minute walk away.
The apartment has a large hallway that connects to all rooms. You will share a fully furnished living room and a semi-open, well-equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, and dining table. From the kitchen you can access the green garden (approx. 40 m²), which has outdoor seating and a small garden shed.
The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and washing machine. The toilet is separate. There is also outdoor bicycle storage available.
All in all, it’s a comfortable and spacious home for two people.
Pets are not allowed.
The room will be rented with a temporary contract until September 1, 2027, and is available for a (working) student.
What kind of housemate is the current tenant looking for?
I’m looking for a male housemate, preferably between 21 and 27 years old, with a similar vibe: sociable but also respectful of a calm home environment. Ideally someone who has lived independently before, has their own social life, and appreciates a clean and well-kept home. 
About me: I’m 23 years old and currently in my fourth year of my studies. I’ve lived in this apartment since the beginning of my studies with a housemate who will now be moving out, which is why the room is becoming available.
