The shared kitchen is for all students on the floor. 

We are transferring this student room that we reserved for our son because he found another room somewhere else. The Social Hub allows this transfer as long as we do it by August 1. We will pay the transfer fee that the Student Hub charges ( €350). It is not sublet! This will be yours once we do the transfer.
