About the place

I am looking for a clean and kind someone to take over my room in my amazing apartment in Delfshaven for the summer!

The room itself is about 14m2. My room and the rest of the apartment have beautiful natural lighting, and the terrace has a great view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and is spacious. The apartment building even has a small gym in the basement, storage space, indoor bike parking, and a beautiful co-working space available for use if you need to be productive! Delfshaven is one of the city’s most charming, historic areas, with a lot of things to do. The apartment is also conveniently located, with an Albert Heijn a 4-minute walk away, 13 minutes to central station by bike, a five-minute walk to the nearest tram station, and about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. 

The rent is 945 euros (excluding g/w/e/servicecosts). Registration is not possible. Move in date ASAP. Move out date is before September, but staying an extra month can be negotiated. PM if interested!
