About the place

We're renting out a fully furnished room in our apartment on Westzeedijk, Rotterdam West. €998/month, everything included. We're looking for someone who fits the household well and doesn't need a registration spot. Great for exchange students, expats, or anyone needing a temporary place. Extending your stay is possible.

Svetozar (28) — business developer at a tech startup in Delft, speaks Dutch, English and Spanish.
Simi (22) — B2B marketer, studying economics, psychology and AI.

House vibe: 
focused, ambitious, relaxed. We work hard, hit the gym, and keep it clean. Every Saturday we do one hour of cleaning together, tasks split. Works perfectly.

Who we're looking for:
Someone clean, responsible and a little ambitious. Sporty is a plus. Someone who thinks they'd fit this household and that we'd push each other forward.
