The apartment is approx. 110 m² and will be shared with only one other working professional (main tenant). Municipality registration possible. Period of stay flexible.

The apartment features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, floor heating throughout, a large open kitchen with living room (~40 m²), a separate dressing room, and a storage room with washing machine and dryer. There is also a loft / second level (17m²) overlooking the living room, currently furnished and ideal as a home office / work from home. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped (TV, oven, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, kitchenware, etc.) and is completely move-in ready. All furniture and household items will remain.

Option 2 – Private Bedroom (12m²) + Exclusive Loft / Home Office (17m²)
€1,450 per month (inc. utilities)
Private bedroom plus exclusive use of the loft / second level (ideal as a home office or private space), shared use of the living room and kitchen, and a separate private toilet.

Electricity, heating & water are shared 50/50 (roughly included in amounts given).
Apartment is energy efficient (A energy label).

About me:
I was born and raised in Cyprus, where I also studied Economics. I graduated with an MSc in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam in August 2025 and currently work at a bank. I am the main tenant and will also be living in the apartment. I am responsible, calm, and well-organized, with a structured routine. I value a clean and well-maintained living space and I do have fun from time to time.
