€1,450 per month (excluding utilities)
Private bedroom plus exclusive use of the loft / second level (ideal as a home office or private space), shared use of the living room and kitchen, and a separate private toilet.

Utilities (electricity, heating, water) are not included and are shared 50/50 amongst tenants. Based on previous tenants, total utilities in this A-energy-label apartment were approximately €100-150 per month in total.

I am the main tenant and will also be living in the apartment. Looking for a clean, responsible working professional or expat.
