Hey! We're looking for a new roommate for our apartment on Westzeedijk in Rotterdam West.

The room is on the top floor, it’s about 18m² with an extra 16m² of private storage space where you can stash all your stuff or sublet it to someone even shorter :) It comes fully furnished, so you literally just need to show up with your toothbrush and you're good. Slight warning though: the ceiling is 185cm high, so if you're taller than 182cm and you’re the type of person that loves doing star-jumps right out of bed, this place might not be for you.

It's 1k per month all-in: rent, utilities, internet, taxes, the works. And to be upfront: there's no registration available at this address and we do require a €1000 deposit.

We live in a modern, recently renovated apartment that's clean and actually feels like home. The building has a private gym (so no more excuses to skip leg day), bike storage, a common area great for studying and playing pool. You're 10 minutes by bike or OV from the city center, and if you forget to meal prep, Albert Heijn is literally 3 minutes away. Dirk and Lidl are about 8 minutes if you're a hustler like us :)

You'd be living with two of us guys (22 and 28) that work in tech and  marketing. We're pretty chill but we do actually clean up after ourselves (radical, we know). We spend some time doing a proper clean together every week so the place doesn't turn into a biohazard zone. Generally we’re very busy but we tend to make some time for eachother to have fun. No commitments, just think stuff like: eating and cooking together, chatting deep stuff or just talking shit while enjoying music.

We're looking for someone between 18 and 30 who's working or studying full-time, respects shared spaces “aka doesn't leave dishes in the sink for three days” (don’t stress, we have a dishwasher), and is generally easy to live with. Not looking for perfection, just someone who gets that living together means  actually giving a shit about the common areas. Minimal stay is flexible (ideally 6 months preferred), but if everything works out you're welcome to stick around longer.
