About the place

Hello everyone, I'm an student that is going to be out for 1 month and it's looking for someone to subtle the room. 
The room is big, furnished in a optimized way, I will give it without most of my personal things, the ones that will stay have to be respected as the rest of the house. 
In the house will be my best friend, Carlos, that will stay in holidays in the country, he is a very friendly man, happy and social.
