About the place

Hey, we are Jelmer (22) and Bella (20) - Your new roommates!
This 10m² room will be available from March 1st. It's a 10ish minute walk from Dijkzigt metro station. There is a Lidl, Albert Heijn, and Dirk nearby. The house has two floors: downstairs there's 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a toilet, a living room, and a balcony. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom; the room in this listing is upstairs. Rent is around 650 euros per month inclusive. 
We appreciate a relaxed house so we're looking for someone who shares that appreciation. We prefer a woman between 20-25. Because of our busy schedules we often do our own thing, occasionally having dinner together or going out and doing something fun.
