We are looking for a new roommate for our spacious house in Kralingen. The room is available for one person or a couple, with the contract starting on **1 September**. We are looking for someone interested in a **long-term stay**.

* We are looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.

* Preference is given to someone looking for a long-term home.
