About the place

An unfurnished room will be available from May 1st in a 3-bedroom apartment near Zuidplein, Rotterdam.

Rent: €590 per month (excluding utilities)

You will be sharing the apartment with 2 other roommates (3 people in total). One works full-time, and the other is in the final stage of their studies and currently looking for a job.

We are interested in culture and arts and are looking for a clean, respectful tenant who would enjoy sharing the apartment.

Requirements:

Last 3 payslips or a guarantor
Registration at the municipality is possible
