About the place

About the house: 
Two-storey house with two balconies. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. A small guest room, laundry room and storage room.
Bright and very pleasant all year round.
Your room is on the second floor and is unfurnished. But includes newly installed blinds by myself. Ideal if you have some of your own things.
You will share the place with two persons, we are Manan and Deva. Manan studies Illustration. He is finishing his last year. Deva is I am a freelance photographer and work on specific days. 
We are looking for someone who is independent and clean, who enjoys sharing moments at home but also has their own life. 
We lead separate lives, but we get together sometimes to go to the cinema, share a meal, or visit an exhibition. 
We have a contract through an agency and have to meet a number of requirements. 
To sign the contract, you have to pay €275 and the deposit is €1,050, which is paid to the flatmate who is leaving.
If you are not working, the agency accepts a Dutch guarantor.

🌸 costs about 650€ inclusive
🌸registration is possible 
🌸move in date preferably 1 January, we can talk about it 
🌸we have a permanent contract, you can be part of it

Landlord requirements: 
✨Proof of income at the moment otherwise having a garantee from parents or other people with an Dutch! Bank account
