About the place

I am the current tenant and will be moving out at the end of this week, so I am looking for someone to take over this ideally located room. The landlord is looking for a foreign male student who can rent the room for a minimum of 1 year.

1) Room & rent
- Room size: approximately 11 m²
- Rent: €690/month, all inclusive (utilities + internet)
- Deposit: 1 month’s rent
- The room comes furnished with the furniture shown in the pictures
- Registration is possible
- The room is expected to be available by Monday, 5 October

I will already have paid the rent for October. To confirm that you are serious about taking the room, I will therefore ask for payment of the rent corresponding to the period from the handover date until the end of October, calculated at €690 / 31 = €22.26 per day.

2) Location
The room is in the calm, clean and family-oriented neighbourhood of Blijdorp in Rotterdam, with a park right next door. It is probably the best neighbourhood in the city.

- Dirk supermarket (large): 3 min by bike
- Bike repair shop: 5 min walk
- General practitioner: 3 min walk

3) Transport
- Rotterdam Centraal: around 5 min by bike
- Blijdorp metro station: around 2 min walk

4) House
You would be sharing the house with 2 friendly and respectful roommates.

The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove, oven/microwave combination and dishwasher. All appliances and equipment in the house are working properly. The room will also be cleaned before handover.

5) Viewing
The viewing is expected to take place Thursday.
