Melanchton metro station/tram stop is an 18-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away.
Supermarket/shops are a 9-minute bike ride away.
Free parking.
We live here ourselves, so we are looking for someone with regular hours. No parties, occupancy by one person only. No smoking. No pets.
