About the place

Hi! We’re looking for 2 subtenants starting in October. We’re looking for 1 subtenant from early October through early December. The other room will be available from around mid-October through mid- to late January (exact dates to be discussed).



There are 5 of us living on Van den Hoonaardstraat in Rotterdam North, just a few minutes by bike from Rotterdam Central Station. We enjoy eating together, relaxing at home on the rooftop terrace or on the couch, or going out and having fun together! The rent (including gas, water, electricity, and internet) is €650. Both rooms are approximately 11 m².
