Some room(s) in Oude Noorden, Rotterdam will be available indefinitely starting March 1st (possibility to move in a couple days earlier if needed). In this lively and vibrant neighborhood, we live in a prime location.

-Two floor apartment, recently renovated, with a kitchen (with dishwasher), common area (with lots of plants), washer/dryer, and 2.5 bathrooms

Available rooms
-Room 1: (approximately 22-24m) personal bathroom (shower & sink) and registration allowed for €925 (base rent)
- Room 2: (18m) no registration(unfortunately this is the decision of the landlord) for €750 (base rent)

- Deposit is 2 months rent

- Utilities approx €80 (more or less, depends on usage) 

- Annual Taxes (water board and gemeente): approximately €250 (this is an estimation, the actual fee will be announced once we receive all bills)



About myself
My name is Shadé,  I am 27y/o female originally from New York, but I have been living in the Netherlands for 5 years. Ik spreek een beetje Nederlands, maar ik spreek vloeiend Engels. I have lived in Nijmegen, Utrecht and now Rotterdam for the past 2 years. I completed my masters in Sustainable Development some years ago and now work in sustainability at the harbor in Rotterdam. In my free time I enjoy yoga and pilates, walks in the park/city, going to the beach, reading, watching movies, eating out, and traveling. Most of my friends live in other cities so I usually go there during the weekends.
