About the place

Hi there!
We are an international house (students) and since one of our roommates is leaving we are looking for someone to populate the room coming available.

The house located in the city center in a very safe neighborhood close to public transport such as the bus, the central station(train) and the metro/subway. The house is about 20 minutes from the University (by Public transport or by bike, it is about the same travelling time) .
The house has: Wi-Fi, a relatively big bathroom, washing machine, dryer, a relatively big kitchen.

There is only one ''but''. The room is the pathway to the balcony which is shared and is common ground for everyone in the house. Normally people living in this room do not have too many problems with this since the balcony is not used that regulary (in the summer a bit more then in the winter time).

The room itself is unfurnished.

The house is populated by 2 internationals and 2 locals in ages between 22 and 27, the spoken language is English and the atmosphere is good and pretty calm.

The price for the room is €500,- all inclusive (so that means electricity, water and Wi-Fi included). The deposit is €500,- as well but when you leave you will receive the sum if you have not damaged the house. Are you interested in the room? Please let us know!

We prefer international students or internationals that have studied at the university and are under 32 years old. If you have any questions feel free to ask! You can send us an email and we will get back to you ASAP. We are not looking for people who do not clean up their own mess and do not contribute to the house in any form.
