About the place

A spacious and bright furnished room of approximately 20 m² is available from the beginning of July (move-in date can be discussed and adjusted based on preference). Ending of contract is 31 December but very high chance of extension.

The room has large windows and plenty of natural light. It overlooks a peaceful green inner courtyard, sheltered by the surrounding buildings. The tenant would have an access to her balcony with the same relaxing view.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table, black desk, and chair. In addition, there is currently a wooden desk, gaming chair, two monitors, and a small carpet in the room that belong to the current tenant. If interested, these items can be purchased for a reasonable price.

The house is ideally located directly next to Blijdorp metro station, offering excellent connections throughout Rotterdam and to The Hague. Rotterdam Centraal Station is only a 2-minute metro ride away. For daily shopping, a Albert Heijn supermarket is located right next to the house, while larger Albert Heijn and Dirk stores can be reached within a 5-minute walk. Aldi is also within walking distance.

The accommodation is a two-floor house shared with four other international female students. The atmosphere is generally quiet and study-focused, making it a great place for students who value a peaceful home environment. At the same time, the housemates are friendly and always happy to stop for a chat.

Residents share a modern kitchen, bathroom, and toilet. A washing machine, dryer, and cleaning equipment are available for communal use.
