-	Consists of one large space one small space for exclusive use. Total private area of aprox. 24 m2. 
-	Shared kitchen
-	Shared bathroom
-	Shared balcony
-	Total cost per month of 875 EUR:
o	725 Eur/month excluding  all services (Water, Electra, Gaz, Internet, TV). 
o	130 Eur /month in advance for Water, Electricity and Gaz. 
o	20 Eur/month for service costs (wash machine, fridge, floor finish,etc)

Tenant2 / room B: 
-	Consists of one large room for exclusive use. Total private area of aprox. 27 m2.
-	Shared kitchen
-	Shared bathroom
-	Shared balcony
-	Total cost per month of 890 EUR:
o	740 Eur/month excluding  all services (Water, Electra, Gaz, Internet, TV). 
o	130 Eur /month in advance for Water, Electricity and Gaz. 
o	20 Eur/month for service costs (wash machine, fridge, floor finish,etc)

Additional Conditions:
-	Smoking and/or pets are not allowed;
-	Deposit is equal to two 2 months of rent.
-	Keys are handed over after signing of contract and receival of the first month rental plus deposit.
-	Temporary contract of maximum 2 years. Not possible to extend.
-	Written contract compliant with Dutch law (one contract per tenant).
-	Rent is calculated according to the Dutch point system.
-	Difference between advance payment for  Water, Electricity and Gaz  and actual spending costs will be settled one time a year.
