About the place

From mid-November to the end of February, we are looking for a subtenant for a room in our 5-person household (consisting of people finishing their studies or starting their careers). You will be living with 4 other men. The room is approximately 12m² and located in a spacious house, less than a 10-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station and a 1-minute walk from the Dirk and Albert Heijn supermarkets. The room can be provided furnished, subject to discussion.

- Mid-November to the end of February (dates potentially flexible)
- Living with 4 other male housemates (finishing studies/starting careers)
- 12m² room for €695 (all-inclusive)
- Fully furnished (includes wardrobes, bed, desk, etc.)
- Great location in the Blijdorp neighborhood

As there is a high probability that one of the current residents will move out permanently—either during the rental period or within 1–3 months thereafter—it is likely possible to extend your stay with a one-year contract, provided there is a good fit with the rest of the household.
