We have *one bedroom* available to rent now in a renovated, three-bedroom apartment in the city centre. You’ll be sharing with two full-time working professionals, so we’re preferably looking for someone with a similar routine.

Spread across two floors, the apartment overlooks a canal and park. There’s a spacious shared living room, a full-length balcony with views of the Laurenskerk, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and grill. The bathroom has both a rain shower and a bathtub.

*The location*
Markthal is just a five-minute walk away, with Jumbo, AH and Dirk within four minutes. Plenty of cafés, restaurants and bars are nearby, so everything you need is within walking distance.

Rent: €900/month, including gas, water, electricity and internet
Available: Now
Minimum stay: 6 months, with longer stays welcome
Deposit: One month’s rent, refundable
No agency fees; parking available on request
