A temporary room is available in a flat in the centre of Rotterdam, right next to De Meent, until September 2027. The room is subject to a ‘hospita’ tenancy, which means there is no tenant protection during the first year.

You’ll be living with two men who are training to be primary school teachers and are in their late 20s/early 30s. So it’s not a party flat, and we certainly prefer a quieter atmosphere during the week. We’re looking for someone who is also in their mid-to-late 20s, so not an 18-year-old first-year student.

The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, a balcony and a storage unit. Wi-Fi, water and electricity are included.
You’re just a 5-minute walk from the Blaak metro, tram and train station; it’s a 10–15-minute cycle to Erasmus University; and there’s a supermarket just a minute’s walk away.

The room is 7 m², 550 per month
