About the place

Room available from end of June to end of August! Extension is very likely possible. First picture is the room in question.

- 1 room available in Schieweg, 600 Euros (all incl.) 

- 3 minutes from central station and 15 from Erasmus University Rotterdam (by bike)
- your room has a balcony AND roof access
- if you dm us please give us some background about you so it will be easier for us to sort out fitting candidates (so like if you could write more than one sentence that'd be great haha)

Hey there everyone!

My roommates and I are looking for a new roommate in our apartment. We are three guys, but of the friendly and empathatic sort, promise! Rent is 600 Euros all inclusive and we require a one time deposit which is 600 Euros. You'll obviously get that back, granted you don't destroy the apartment in the meantime. Room is small, but living room is big. You'll have a private balcony and a shared one as well (great for summer!). Our place is as centrally located as it gets in Rotterdam.

So much for the technicalities, a little bit about us so you know what you would be getting into:

We are Francesco (24, computer science), Dennis (25, culture and media), and me, Denis, (25, neuroscience). We are all near the end of our studies, so it's not entirely clear what will happen to the apartment when we leave the city, if that ends up being the plan anyways. Thus the renting period is limited. However, we doubt the place won't be up for rent afterwards. Just don't want to make empty promises.

We love music, producing , guitar, piano and everything that comes with it. I sing a bit too but I am no Frank Sinatra, more like Travis Scoot (if you don't know he's sick but can't sing for shit). We love to go out and party, cook and go out and experience everything that Rotterdam has to offer. We mostly converse in English, but German and Italian are spoken here too. En wij spreken ook een beetje Nederlands! Generally, we care about your character, not your cultural background. 

Overall I would describe ourselves as humorous, spontaneous, tolerant, goal-directed, sociable and uncomplicated. You can talk to us about Philosophy and God and the world, but we will also destroy you in pretty much every drinking game there is.

We love to cook and we mainly listen to Hip-Hop (Kendrick, Denzel, Joey, Ski Mask etc.) and Techno, but we are open to everything but folk and Vanilla Ice.
Moreover, we love pretty much every kind of sports, maintain the apartment (/common rooms) and work next to our studies. We have all been living on our own/with other roommates for a couple of years and it would be great if same goes for you.
