About the place

We’re looking for a new roommate to join our 3 bedroom apartment near Blijdorp, starting from April 1st. It is next to Schieweg tram stop, 5 min by bike / 15min on foot to Rotterdam Centraal. Supermarkets are within 5/10 mins walk and Metro station Blijdorp is 5 mins walk.

We’re a chill, respectful, and tidy household. We both keep quite busy with our work/studies and personal lives. We're looking for someone who’s also clean, quiet, and considerate. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area.

The room is available from April, 1 for 465€ per month including all costs. The room is a combination of 2 rooms (total of 11m2).
The furniture will have to be taken over by a small fee from our departing housemate. And also taxes and deposit will have to be paid upfront.
